This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) provides funds for grants to organizations that demonstrate the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive approach to promoting responsible fatherhood, including activities designed to promote economic stability, activities designed to foster responsible parenting, and activities designed to promote healthy marriage.
