Peter Gabriel – Red rain

Poco se puede decir de Peter Gabriel (Inglaterra, 1950) que no se haya dicho ya, con siete elepés de estudio editados en su etapa en solitario, cuatro bandas sonoras (Passion, la banda sonora de la película La última tentación de Cristo de Scorsese es absolutamente genial), dos en directo y cuatro recopilatorios, más unos cuantos DVDs. Su obra habla por sí misma.

Este grandioso tema editado en su quinto álbum So editado en 1986 quedó algo eclipsado por el éxito de Big time y Sledgehammer, pero es, para mi, uno de los mejores temas de Gabriel. La letra habla de un sueño recurrente que tenía en donde nadaba en un mar de agua roja. Más información en su página.
