Cerca de la terminal D del aeropuerto de Berlín-Tegel (Flughafen Berlin-Tegel Otto Lilienthal), el principal aeropuerto de la ciudad de Berlín (Alemania), se encuentra la escultura dedicada al ingeniero y pionero de la aviación Otto Lilienthal. Este aeropuerto, situado al norte de Berlín, a unos ocho kilómetros del centro de la ciudad, se llama así en su honor.La estatua, nombrada “La caída de Dédalo e Ícaro” es obra de Rolf Scholz, en el año 1985, en memoria del rey del planeador.Near the terminal D Berlin-Tegel airport (Flughafen Berlin-Tegel Otto Lilienthal), the main airport of the city of Berlin (Germany), there is a sculpture dedicated to the engineer and aviation pioneer Otto Lilienthal.
