Proyecto “Continentes” – “Continents” Project

Hace un par de días me enamoré de este impresionante proyecto que Stephanie ha publicado en su blog Imagine Our Life, y desde entonces estoy dándole vueltas para adaptarlo a mis escasos conocimientos de costura, porque lo que tengo claro es que lo voy a hacer!

Como podéis ver en las fotos, consiste en un mapamundi hecho con fieltro, para colgarlo en la pared o para utilizarlo en el suelo. Está inspirado en los mapas-puzzle Montessori, que siempre asignan el mismo color a cada uno de los continentes, y lleva velcro para poder poner y quitar cada continente, que a su vez lleva otros velcros para poner y quitar el nombre del continente, figuras de animales y monumentos…

El mapa va acompañado por un libro, también de fieltro, en el que se pueden guardar los continentes, las etiquetas, los animales y monumentos… y también se puede llevar para seguir aprendiendo en cualquier lugar!

Podéis ver más detalles y descargar los patrones en Imagine Our Life, y también podéis descargar las tarjetas de los continentes, y por el momento las tarjetas de los animales y monumentos representativos de África, aunque en breve Stephanie irá publicando el resto de los continentes.

As you can see from the pictures, it’s a world map made ​​with felt, to hang on the wall or to use on the floor. It is inspired by the Montessori puzzle maps, which always assign the same color to each continent, and has velcro to attach and remove every continent, which also has other velcro to attach and remove the name of the continent, figures of animals and landmarks …

The map is accompanied by a quiet book,  in which you can keep the continents, labels, animals and monuments… and which you can also take to keep learning on the go!
