Señoras y señores parece que la leyenda estaba en lo cierto, Hedi Slimane no diseñó la colección Otoño/Invierno 2013.
Vale no, ahora en serio, después de poner a medio mundo en contra y de soportar críticas contra su ~~por decirlo de alguna manera~~ peculiar colección-debut, el que fuera durante siete años director creativo de Dior Homme ha revivido la esencia de Yves Saint Laurent, con toques innegables made in Slimane, como los múltiples guiños al rock más glam o el estilo neo grunge.
Mientras que en la campaña Pre-Fall 2013 fue Freja Beha la encargada de poner imagen a la colección, esta vez la elegida ha sido Sasha Pivovarova, la modelo que ha conseguido desfilar seis temporadas consecutivas para Prada. Ahí es nada.
¿Veredicto? Mejor esperar a la colección Primavera/Verano 2014, por si acaso.

Ok, no, let’s stop joking; After having half of the world against and bearing many gossips and not nice comments about his collection-debut, the man who was the Dior Homme creative director for six years has finally brought back the essence of Yves Saint Laurent, with of course, undeniable touches made in Slimane just as the multiple winks to the glam-rock and neo grunge styles.
While the Pre-Fall 2013 campaign Freja Beha was the selected model for representing the collection, now the chosen model is Sasha Pivovarova, the model that has walked six seasons in a row for Prada. No less no more.
And, what about the veredict? Well, I would better wait for the Spring/Summer 2014 collection, just in case.
