Senderismo en yoho: hamilton lake

El día después de subir a Mount Temple decidimos tomárnoslo con calma así que fuimos hasta el Emerald Lake con la intención de subir hasta el Emerald Peak.
Cogimos el camino que atraviesa el bosque y asciende hasta el Hamilton Lake pasando por las cataratas Hamilton.
En teoría llega un punto en el que un camino de cabras, u osos, debería aparecer a la derecha en dirección a la cima del Emerald Peak.
Nunca encontramos ese camino así que nos fuimos hasta el lago, nos comimos los bocadillos y volvimos hasta el Emerald Lake. Al llegar se puso a llover así que en el fondo tuvimos suerte de no encontrar el camino hasta la cima de la montaña, porque bajar lloviendo habría sido muy pesado.

The plan for the day after Temple was to take it easy and go to Emerald Lake and climb Emerald Peak. 
We took the trail that crosses the forest and ascends up to Hamilton Lake passing by the Hamilton falls.
Before reaching the lake there should be a goat/bear track on the right taking you up the summit of Emerald Peak. 
We never found such trail so we made it to Hamilton lake, had out lunch sitting on the shores and went back the same way not finding anything again. It started raining when we got back to the parking lot, so we were lucky not to find the way up but finding the bar at Emerald lake instead. Enrique & Marina
