Florencia fue la ciudad elegida para continuar con sus estudios en moda que finalizó en el FIT de Nueva York, ciudad que dicho sea de paso, es su actual residencia.
Y tras trabajar para Zac Posen o Catherine Malandrino, Nausheen se introdujo en el mundo del interiorismo, aunque poco le duró porque comenzó a colaborar como Fashion and Luxury Travel contributor del New York Post y Fashion and Accesories editor de la web OliviaPalermo.com

Nausheen Shah is one of those women that attract everyone’s attention, her Persian and Pakistani origins make her image really unique, nonetheless, she was born in Wisconsin and in her first years of university moved to Seville, Spain, where as her blog asserts she studied Spanish.
