I was lucky enough to get to know the Rio Sport team, who made me feel at home on the slopes, during my stay in Sierra Nevada. I was a little apprehensive about skiing for the first time; I had always avoided the sport because I have a recurring injury. Shary styled all the ski and après ski looks. She is a real expert and is completely aware of all the latest skiing trends. I am accompanied in these shots, taken at the Lodge, by my lovely friend Maria Jose. We are of course wearing some of the looks put together by Shary. I would like to thank Shary and Carmen for helping us choose all our looks and Juan for his endless patience.

Cuando estuve en Sierra Nevada tuve la suerte de conocer al equipo de Rio Sport, gracias a ellos pude sentirme como si llevará esquiando toda la vida. Y ya es difícil, porque es algo que no había hecho nunca, siempre lo he evitado por miedo a una lesión que tengo. Los estilismos de esquí y après-ski fueron a cargo Shary, ella es una autentica especialista y esta a la última de todas las tendencias en este tipo de ropa. En estas fotos salimos Mªjosé y yo en El Lodge luciendo algunos de los trajes que llevamos durante esos días. Desde aquí quiero dar las gracias a Shary y a Carmen por ayudarnos a elegir la ropa y a Juan por su paciencia

I also want to thank Silvia Peris and Alejandro, her husband, for inviting me to the inauguration of ‘Nice’, their gastro bar, located in Andalucia’s Square, which so happens to be one of the best spots to enjoy some après-ski wind-down. They extended their kind invitation and hosted the ‘The Clicquot New Terrace’ party, where we enjoyed Los Escarabajos playing live and tasted some gorgeous Veuve Clicquot. What else can one ask for? Well… To go back of course!! ,-)

Y también quiero dar las gracias a Silvia Peris y a su marido Alejandro por invitarme a la cena de la inauguración de ‘Nice’ un gastro-bar situado en la Plaza de Andalucía, uno de los mejores lugares para disfrutar el apres ski. Además la invitación continuo al día siguiente en la fiesta que dieron en ‘El Clicquot Nevada Terrace’. Donde disfrutamos de un concierto en directo de Los Escarabajos y de la mejor compañía saboreando una copita de Veuve Clicquot. ¿Qué más se puede pedir?… Volver!! ,-)
