Snow Patrol - Just say yes (2009)

  La banda de Dundee, Escocia, que se formó en 1994 por el vocalista y guitarrista Gary Lightbody, y por el bajista y teclista Mark McClelland, dos estudiantes de Irlanda del Norte que se encontraban estudiando en la universidad de la ciudad, a los que más tarde, el batería John Quinn se agregaría a la formación, son un grupo muy especial. El primer nombre del grupo era Polar Bear, pero lo cambiaron por Snow Patrol porque una banda americana se llamaba igual.Con este grupo me pasa una cosa muy curiosa, y es que tienen grandes temas y otros que no les llegan tanto, pero sin embargo sus letras son fantásticas.

En 2009 editaron el recopilatorio Up to now, que recogía lo mejor de sus 5 primeros discos, y algún tema nuevo, como Just say yes, una canción extraordinaria cuya letra define muchas cosas de como me encuentro ahora mismo, es decir, fastidiado. Os dejo con este gran tema y su letra que no paran de sonar en mi cabeza. I’m running out of ways to make you see
