Tengbom Architects utilizan madera laminada como material de construcción principal, que ayudo a reducir el coste de la renta un 50%. Este espacio loft ofrece a inquilino todas las instalaciones necesarias y un toque verde fresco crea un ambiente acogedor para vivir y estudiar. En este momento la casa se expone en Museo de Arte de Virserum en Suecia y el proyecto se pondrá en marcha en 2014. Ojalá yo todavía era estudiante para estrenar este espacio de gran diseño sueco!***
This unique 10 sq. m. design space was created by in Sweden as a student house with affordable price, intelligent space distribution and environment-friendly solution. Tengbom Architects used laminated wood as a principal construction material, which decreased the cost of rent by 50%. This loft-space house offers a tenant all necessary facilities and a fresh green touch creates cozy environment to live and study. Right now this house is exposed in Virserum Art Museum in Sweden and they will launch this project for students in 2014. Wish I be still a student to have an opportunity to move into this design space!
