The Converse Well Worn Sneaker S/S 2013 Collection

«No mamá, cuanto más sucias y desgastadas mejor»
Generaciones y generaciones de jóvenes – y no tan jóvenes – han repetido una y otra vez esa frase, porque las Converse sucias son sinónimo de historias, aventuras, recuerdos… y ¿Por qué no? Un poquito de rebeldía.
Ahora esto no va a ser necesario gracias a la “Well worn sneaker collection” lanzada por Converse que ya podéis ver en su web, porque todos y cada uno de los diseños tienen las punteras y las suelas ensuciadas y la loneta desgastada, muy recomendables para todos aquellos que sufrís sufrimos cuando unas All Star nuevas e impolutas llegan a nuestros pies.
Por ello, la filosofía Get Dirty se ha instaurado en las Chuck Taylor All Star, esas incansables compañeras que han caminado junto a muchos de nosotros en diferentes momentos de nuestras vidas, una filosofía que Converse ha recogido en el video que veis aquí abajo y que yo he intentado hacer lo propio en el collage que he nombrado con el lema de la campaña “Shoes keep it clean, sneakers get dirty”.
Porque nunca unas «marcas de guerra» fueron más perfectamente imperfectas, personalmente me declaro fan de la Well worn sneaker collection.
“No mum, it is better if they are dirty and a little bit broken”
Generations and generations of young people – and not so young ones – have said this innumerable times, because a pair of dirty Converse are a synonym of stories, adventures, memories… and why not? A little bit of rebelliousness.
Now this isn't necessary thanks to the “Well worn sneaker collection” launched by Converse you can see on the web, because all the designs have the toe and the sole a bit dirtied and a worn down canvas, very recommendable for all of us we suffer when we wear a pair of new and spotless All Star for the first time.
Because of that reason, the Get Dirty philosophy has been established in the Chuck Taylor All Star, those untiring partners that have walked with us in different moments of our lives, a philosophy that Converse has gathered together in the video you can see above this lines and that I have tried to capture in the collage I have named with the motto of the campaign “Shoes keep it clean, sneakers get dirty”.
Because never before some dirty spots have been this perfectly imperfect, I personally declare myself fan of the Well worn sneaker collection.
