The Federicas. Espacios para soñar

Una amistad de toda la vida, el gusto por el detalle y la pasión por diseñar espacios de ensueño hicieron que Patricia La Camera e Inés Valiente comenzaran su andadura como wedding & space designers. Aunque trabajan a menudo en Madrid y en Canarias – donde tienen su centro de trabajo –, no son pocos los viajes a Alemania – entre otros países de Europa –  que han tenido que hacer desde que crearon The Federicas.
A friendship that last a lifetime, the taste for details and the passion for designing dream places caused that Patricia La Camera and Inés Valiente start to work as wedding & space designers.Although they frequently work in Madrid and Canary Islands – where they have their headquarters –, they have had to travel a lot to Germany – among other European countries – since they founded The Federicas.
La transformación de espacios les permite no sólo transmitir sensaciones sino también potenciar cualquier lugar elegido por los novios para sacarle el máximo partido. Uno de sus últimos trabajos lo podéis ver en la portada de la revista C7, en la que formaron parte del equipo de la diseñadora Elena Rubio.
Transformation of spaces permits not only the transmission of sensations but also the strengthening of the place chosen by the groom and the bride to get the best out. We can see one of their last works on the cover of C7’s magazine in which they took part in the team of the fashion designer Elena Rubio.

Venía un temporal y teníamos que montar un set. No había opción a cambiar de día.Pero el resultado fue genial. Fue una experiencia nueva y divertida y la disfrutamos muchísimo.Rough weather was coming and we have to mount the set. To change the day was not an option.But the result was great. It was a new, funny experience and we enjoyed it a lot.
Confiesan que son muchos los momentos que les hacen amar su trabajo: cuando todo pasa del papel a materializarse, a hacerse realidad; cuando el trabajo se pone en marcha; cuando los novios se emocionan y les dan las gracias…
They confess there are many moments that make them love their job: when their ideas pass from the paper to materialize, to bring to life; when the project starts; when they see how thrilled the just married areand they express their gratitude…La gente busca mimar su entorno. Cuando diseñamos un espacio trabajamos con una visión de conjunto, planteándonos el trabajo como un puzzle en el que todo debe encajar: invitaciones, seatings, flores,… Definiendo siempre en primer lugar el estilo.People want their wedding designers take care of even the smallest details of their environment. When we design wedding spaces, we work with an overview, setting out the project plan as a puzzle where everything must fit in perfect harmony: invitations, seatings, flowers,… Firstly establishing the style.
Para ellas, el 2014 ha sido un año casi perfecto y en 2015 continuarán creando ambientes mágicos. Si tenéis oportunidad, no os perdáis sus próximos eventos para novias, ya que los anteriores – Brunch for Brides ySweet November for Brides – han sido un éxito.
