Cómo llevar prendas de piel en... ¿Agosto?
Cuando pienso en verano, me vienen a la mente trajes de baño, telas vaporosas, faldas, shorts y otras prendas que me permitan estar fresca y cómoda, la verdad es que una prenda de piel no entra en mis asociaciones con el verano, pero en este verano 2013 se reconoce una tendencia, el llevar faldas y prendas de piel aun cuando todavía hace calor allá afuera!
Claro que esas prendas harán una transición suave al Otoño.When I think of Summer, I think of bikinis, light fabrics, skirts, shorts, and other garments that allow me to stay fresh and comfy, the truth is that a leather garment wouldn't normally be in clothes I relate to this season, but the trend alert just proved me wrong!Leather skirts, dresses and leggings are making a strong apperance in August, yup! it sure is still hot out there! But those garments are nice statement, that is also Autumn proof.
                     

Según nos comenta el buen Bill Cunningham en el video de aquí arriba, los adelantos tecnológicos nos permiten llevar prendas de piel en pleno Agosto, sin "sudar como puerco" (lo entre comillo porque resulta que los puercos practicamente no sudan, pero entienden la idea ¿cierto?). Ya hace más sentido esta tendencia ¿no?, creo que hasta ahora el llevar ropa con machas y olor a sudor, definitivamente no es nada estético. According to Bill Cunningham in the video, thanks to fashion technology, we can now buy garments in leather that will allow us to stay cool even under the sun of August. Creo que el adaptar esta tendencia a nuestros guardarropa podría significar un poco más de reto al buscar llevar prendas de piel en el día. Definitivamente el clima es más voluble que antes, y hay quienes el verano les ha traído solo lluvia, pero si en su ciudad es como la mía que y el sol ha estado brillando a todo lo que da, es recomendable llevar esta tendencia con mesura. Una falda en piel es una excelente opción.
