Una cita en casa. Noche de pizza/ Home date. Pizza Night

Si os gusta la pizza y os gusta cocinar. ¿Por qué no organizar una cita casera para hacer pizza y terminar degustándola con una copita de vino?

If you like pizza and cooking. Why not make a home date to cook pizza and eat it with a glass of wine?

¿Qué necesitáis? Harina para hacer pan, tomate, albahaca, mozarella, los ingredientes que queráis añadir y buena compañía.

What do you need? Bread flour, tomato, basil, the ingredients you like and good company. 

Para hacer la masa utilicé harina preparada con levadura, especial para pizzas. Así que seguí las instrucciones. Después extiende la masa en una bandeja de horno con un rodillo y coloca el tomate, el queso y el resto de los ingredientes. No se trata de hacer una complicada receta, sino de pasar un rato divertido haciendo extraordinario lo ordinario.

I used special flour, with yeast. To make the dough of the pizza I followed the instructions in the package. Then extend the dough in a oven tray and put the tomato, mozarella and the rest of the ingredients. The fun isn’t in the recipe difficulty, but in trying to get some time to spend together and make extraordinary the ordinary.
