Sus padres, Ernie Lively, y Eleine Lively son también actores, al igual que su hermano mayor, Eric. / Blake was born on August 25th, 1987, in Tanzan, Los Angeles, into a family of actors. Desde muy pequeña, sus padres la apuntaron a clases de teatro. La idea era que aprendiera a desenvolverse y coger confianza en si misma, pero actuar no era la meta final de la actriz californiana, claro que no. Ella quería estudiar en la Universidad de Stanford, pero por cosas del destino, y gracias a la intervención de su hermano Eric, termino siendo la Blake que conocemos hoy. Como ocurrió? Lo cierto, es que es así, sobre todo en lo que se refiere a joyería y bisutería; pendientes, collares y pulseras oversizes, son su sello de identidad.
