What's in my bag

¡¡¡Ah, el hoyo negro!!! Un misterio sin resolver para los hombres y un tema tabú para las mujeres.
Desde hace mucho tenía ganas de escribir sobre esto. Me habían mandado mails y amigas mías me preguntaban qué es lo que cargo en la bolsa, especialmente cuando viajo al cruzar el charco. 
Pues bien, partiendo de que no me gusta viajar con miles de cosas encima, he buscado una bolsa que no sea muy grande, firme, bonita y práctica como para seguir usándola el resto del viaje. Cuando llegó a mi vida esta bella Alma Louis Vuitton me llené de felicidad (efectivamente) porque tiene el tamaño justo (es mediana) y cumple con lo que he buscado (por algo esa firma francesa es experta en productos de viaje).
Me gusta tener en mi bolso justo lo que necesito en tantas horas entre un aeropuerto y otro. Empezando con lo de rigor: 

• Cartera de Michael Kors de piel (pequeña y discreta),  
• iPhone y cargador (uno nunca sabe en qué momento necesita recargar la batería), 
• Cámara de fotos (Olympus o Canon, aunque esta última es mucho más grande, hay espacio);
• Pasaporte, agenda y pluma Mont Blanc (para tener a la mano datos de amigos, fechas, números de vuelo, tarjetas de presentación, tarjetas de embarque); 
• Polvo traslúcido de Chanel; 
• Barra de labios Clinique Red-Y To Wear (tono perfecto para verse arreglada aún después de horas de mal dormir); 
• Cepillo y pasta de dientes desechable tamaño de viaje (el de Colgate funciona bien); 
• Estuche para lentes de contacto Coach (tiene espejo integrado y permite mantener el líquido completo en el estuche, sin derrames); 
• Gafas de aumento y de sol Ray-Ban; 
• Un libro (en la foto aparece "La insoportable levedad del ser" de Milan Kundera) y... 
• ¡Pantuflas! Sí, también son de rigor para quitarse los zapatos en el viaje y descansar. Amo estas negras que compré en Shanghai por su ligereza y diseño.

¡Y es todo! Como decimos en México, "todo cabe en un jarrito sabiéndolo acomodar". Cada una de estas cosas las utilizo. Y para el diario, simplemente cargo cartera, cargador del iPhone, iPhone, llaves, libro, polvo y lipstick.

It's been a while I wanted to write about this. I've received mails about this and my friends asked me what's in the bag, especially when I travel overseas.
Well, assuming that I don't like traveling with thousands of things up, I've looked for a bag that is not too big, strong, beautiful and convenient to continue using the rest of the trip. When it came into my life this beautiful Alma Louis Vuitton Alma I was filled with happiness (effectively) because it has the right size (medium) and complies with what I wanted (there's a good reason why this French firm is an expert in travel products).
I like to have in my bag just what I need in so many hours between an airport and another. Beginning with rigor:

• Michael Kors Wallet Leather (small and unobtrusive),  
• iPhone and charger (you never know when the battery needs recharge),
• Camera (Olympus or Canon, although the latter is much larger, there is place);
• Passport, my Mont Blanc agenda and pen (to have on hand data of friends, dates, flight numbers, cards, boarding passes);
• Chanel translucent powder;
• Clinique Lipstick Red-Y To Wear (perfect colour for a good face even after hours of poor sleep);
• Toothbrush and disposable toothpaste travel size (the Colgate works well);
• Coach Contact Lens Case (has integrated mirror and keeps the full liquid box, no spills);
• Ray-Ban magnifying and sun glasses;
• A book (in the photo is "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by Milan Kundera) and ...
• Slippers! Yes, de rigueur to take off your shoes and relax on the trip. I love these black ones bought in Shanghai for its lightness and design.

And that's all! As we say in Mexico, "everything fits into a mug knowingly accommodate it". I use each of these things.  
And for daily basis, I just have my wallet, iPhone charger, iPhone, keys, book, powder and lipstick.
