World Card Making Day

Hi there everyone! Did you know today is World Card Making Day? The pals at Simon Says Stamp have organized an amazing postwith card makers from all over the world! Each of one has created a Christmas / Holiday card to share with you because it's never too early to start preparing right? ;)

¡Hola a todos! ¿Sabíais que hoy es el Día Mundial de la Tarjetería? En el blog de Simon Says Stamp han organizado una entrada increíble con tarjeteras de todo el mundo. Cada una de ellas ha creado una tarjeta navideña para compartir porque ¡nunca es demasiado pronto para empezar a prepararse para Navidad!

CHRISTMAS CARD

I have created a very simple card using mostly heat embossing and a few embellishments. I partially stamped the "Christmas Sweater Background" on a piece of Neenah Desert Storm cardstock using Versamark and Gold embossing powder. Once that was ready I stamped a sentiment from "Coolest Yulest" using this time a White embossing powder.

He creado una tarjeta muy sencilla usando básicamente embossing caliente y unos cuantos elementos decorativos. He estampado parcialmente el sello "Christmas Sweater Background" en un trozo de cartulina Neenah Desert Storm con Versamark y lo he embosado con polvo de color oro. Cuando ya tenía esa parte lista, he estampado un sentimiento del set "Coolest Yulest" y esta vez lo he embosado en blanco.

As a final touch, I added a few sequins and a golden bow. I also added white dots with a gel pen and then mounted the whole panel on a 5 1/2" by 4 1/4"  card base with a bit of foam.

Como toque final, he añadido unas cuantas lentejuelas y un lazo dorado. También he pintado unos puntos blancos con un rotulador de gel y después he montado el panel sobre una base de cartulina de tamaño estándar.
