Bob Dylan's Forever Young

¿Qué mejor forma que hablar inglés que cantar? El otro día, topé por casualidad con este libro titulado Forever Young, sobre la canción que Bob Dylan dedicó a su hijo. Me encanta la música de Jakob Dylan, pero no conozco demasiado la música de su padre, así que este libro me ha servido para descubrir algunos detalles de su vida. ¿Sabías que Bob Dylan ha escrito más de 500 canciones? El libro incluye la letra de esta canción preciosa y las ilustraciones fantásticas de Paul Rogers. También me ha gustado que, al final del libro, expliquen algunas referencias históricas que aparecen en las ilustraciones. Por ejemplo, Johnny Cash regaló su guitarra a Bob Dylan como acto de admiración y amistad. Creo que este libro debería incluir un CD de la canción cantada por Bob Dylan, pero siempre nos quedará el youtube. Si queréis ver dos versiones, mis preferidas son esta de Norah Jones dedicada a la memoria de Steve Jobs y esta de Bob Dylan y Bruce Springsteen. No tengo el talento para escribir una canción para mi hijo, eso sí, podemos cantar canciones como esta. Some days ago, I saw the book Forever Young by chance. It is about the song that Bob Dylan wrote for his son. Did you know he has written more than 500 songs? I love Jakob Dylan's music, but I don't really know his father's songs well, so, this book was an introduction to Bob Dylan's life. The book includes the lyrics of this wonderful song and the fantastic illustrations by Paul Rogers. I loved the guide at the end pointing out some references you can see in the illustrations. For example, Johnny Cash gave his guitar to Bob Dylan as a gesture of admiration and friendship. I think this book should include a CD. Anyway, you can still enjoy these two covers by Norah Jones (tribute to Steve Jobs) and this one by Bob Dylan and Bruce Springsteen. I can't write a good song for my son, but, at least, we can sing it!
