Cara Delevingne nació el 12 de agosto de 1992 en Londres. Es la pequeña de tres hermanas, entre las que se encuentra la It-girl Poppy Delevingne (si quieres saber sobre Poppy y su estilo, aquí). Su abuelo fue un gran magnate de la prensa, y su padre empresario inmobiliario, por lo que se crio en el mejor barrio de Londres. Fue vecina de Giorgina May Jagger, y su madrina es Joan Collins. / Cara Delevingne was born on August 12, 1992 in London. She is the small of three sisters, one of them is the It-girl Poppy Delevingne (if you want to know more about Poppy and her style, go hear). Her father was a big newspaper baron, and her father a real state entrepreneur, therefore her childhood too place at the most rich London neighborhood. Giorgina May Jagger was her neighbor and Joan Collins her godmother.

Desde muy joven se ha dedicado al mundo de la moda, pero fue en 2011 cuando se carrera profesional realmente empezó. / Since she was a young girl she has worked in fashion although wasn't until 2011 when her professional career started to move.

Fue Mario Testino quien la capto hace un par de años para su primera campaña de Burberry, primavera-verano 2011, para quien sigue desfilando y siendo imagen. Desde entonces no ha parado ha trabajado para H&M en 2011, Louis Vuitton, abrió el desfile de Chanel Cruise Collection 2013, Mulberry, Dsquared, Victoria Secret, DKNY... la lista de sus colaboraciones con firmas de moda y belleza es tan larga que podria estar horas escribiendo. / Was Mario Testino who catch Cara for her first Burberry advertising campaign, spring-summer 2011, she still catwalk and be image of the brand. Since then she hasn't stop working; H&M in 2011, Louis Vuitton, she opened the Chanel Cruise Collection 2013, and has also work with Mulberry, Dsqueared, Victoria Secret, DKNY,... the list of her works with fashion and beauty brands is so long I could stay hours writing.

Actualmente se encuentra en el puesto 25 de las modelos mas cotizadas del mundo. /  She won in 2012 the British Fashion Award to the best model of the year. At the moment she is at the 25 position of the best pay models of the world. 

Ha formado parte de editoriales de moda y portadas de revistas de todo el mundo. Gesticula tan bien que es capaz de trasmitir dulzura, pasión, odio, atrevimiento, desafió... lo que ella quiera. / She has been in many fashion editorials and magazine covers. She gesticulate so good she is can transmit sweetness, passion, hate, daring... what she wants.




Conoció a la cantante Rhiana hace casi un año, en el desfile de Victoria Secret y desde entonces se han echo muy amigas. Rhiana pensó en ella como imagen de la colección que diseña para River Island. / She met the singer Rhianna almost a year ago at Victoria Secret catwalk, since then they have become good friends. Rhianna though of her as image of the River Island collection she has designed.

Desde hace uno tiempo sueña con dirigir y producir películas. Como actriz, estuvo a punto de protagonizar Alicia en el País de Maravillas de Tim Burton. Su única aparición, por el momento, ha sido en una adaptación de Anna Karenina que protagonizaba Keira Knightly. Aunque otra de sus metas es el mundo de la música, el que adora también. / Since a long time ago, she dreams to direct and produce movies. As an actress, she almost worked at Alice in Wonderland of Tim Burton. At the moment, her only appearance in a movie was at Anna Karenina adaptation, leading by Keira Knightly. Although other of her goals is the music world, she loves it too.

 El estilo de Cara.
Para definir su estilo la palabra mas adecuada es distinto. A la hora de vestir Cara se convierte en el Dr. Jekyll y Mr. Hyde. En un momento dado vemos a una chica rebelde, divertida, alocada con un look de lo mas casual y despreocupado, de la impresión de que ha pillado lo primero que tenia a mano. En otro momento, nos encontramos con un Cara elegante, estilosa, con clase, que marca tendencia. Su estilo es irreverente, fresco y rockero. Prefiere el comfort, y le gusta sentirse segura y casual. Ella misma define su estilo con un toque vintage y de rock & roll. Asi es, Cara tiene un don, se pone unos vaqueros, que combina con una camiseta con un logo o un dibujo divertido y si puede se pone un gorro de lana. Voila, esta perfecta! / Cara has a gift, she get a pair of jeans and mix them with a funny t-shirt and if she can a wool hat. And she still looks perfect.

Sin embargo, cuando decide vestir bien, elegante trendy, con estilo, y a la ultima es imparable. Por mucho que pretenda despistarnos, la modelo británica sabe vestir muy bien, da gusto ver sus looks, no es de extrañar que se haya convertido en una de los It-girls mas relevantes. / However when she wants to dress right, elegant, trendy, with style and on the last trend she is irrepressible.
