En otras ocasiones os hemos enseñado cómo crear cake toppers, podéis ver algunas opciones aquí y aquí, pero hasta ahora no os habíamos propuesto hacer vuestros propios novios para la tarta, hoy os proponemos hacerlo de una manera muy sencilla.
In other posts, we have taught you how to make cake toppers, you can review some choices here and here, but we had not suggested to make your own wedding cake topper figurines so far. So today, we are posting an easy way to achieve it.
Los materiales que vamos a necesitar son los siguientes:
- • Una pareja de figuras de madera.
- • Un trozo de etiqueta.
- • Un troquelador en forma de corazón.
- • Témpera.
- • Pincel.
These are the elements we will need:
- • A couple of wooden figurines.
- • A piece of adhesive tag.
- • A heart-shaped stencil.
- • Tempera paint.
- • A paintbrush.
1. Troquela la etiqueta y quédate con el trocito que tiene el corazón en negativo.
1. Make a heart template using a stencil.
2. Despega la etiqueta y pégala bien sobre una de las figuras a la altura del corazón.
2. Peel off the adhesive tag and stick it on the one of the wooden figurine’s chest.
3. Pinta con témpera y deja secar completamente.
3. Paint it and let it dry.

4. Retira la etiqueta.

5. Repite los pasos con la segunda figura.
5. Repeat previous steps with the second figurine.
¡Ya tienes tu pareja nupcial! Si quieres puedes barnizar las figuras con barniz en spray.
Now you have your couple! You can also varnish figurines with aerosol varnish.
