Expo The Sartorialist en Galería Loewe

El viernes pasado Scott Schuman estuvo aquí en Barcelona en la Galería Loewe para inaugurar con un cóctel la exposición que hay instalada con sus famosas fotografías y también presentando su nuevo y segundo libro:  The CloserScott Schuman más conocido como "The Sartorialist" estuvo muy accesible con todos los que estábamos allí y pudimos hablar con él. Aunque ya lo conocimos AQUÍ. Nos explicó lo difícil que era encontrar el lugar idóneo, las personas adecuadas y el momento correcto. Pero cuando tiene la combinación perfecta del escenario no puede dejar escapar esa instantánea porque nunca volverá a ser igual. Nos fijamos en una de las fotos, quizá mi favorita, donde una mujer está sobre una bicicleta en París, la imagen se centra en su vestido blanco y su sombrero en medio de una transitada ciudad. Scott también mencionó que había pasado unas horas en Barcelona tratando de encontrar una buena "captura" y que podamos ver algo pronto.Last Friday I had the opportunity to attend to the presentation of the second book of Scott Schuman at the Loewe Gallery in Barcelona, I was impressed with the scenario in probably one of the most beautiful streets in the city, but this was eclipsed by the amazing pictures that were on display on the exhibition. 
"The Satorialist" kindly agree to have a short conversation on his pictures, he explained how difficult was to find the right spot, the right people and the right time, and once you have the perfect match of the scenario and the people you shouldn’t lose your spot as it may not come back, Scott said. We looked at one of the pictures, probably my favourite one, where a lady is arriving to a bicycle rack in Paris, the picture is centred on her wearing white dress and a trendy hat on what looked to be a busy afternoon in the city, very impressive. Scott also mentioned that he had spent a few hours in Barcelona trying to find a nice spot for a snap shot and that we may see something in the future.
