Hace tiempo que quería hacer peanut butter cups, un dulce que me encanta!!Decidí probar con chocolate negro en lugar de chocolate con leche y el resultado es espectacular.
I’ve been thinking of doing peanut butter cups for some time now, I like them that much! I decided to try to make them with dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate and the result was spectacular!!
para hacer estos bombones tan solo tuve que derretir el chocolate, poner un poco en unos moldes de silicona, encima añadí manteca de cacahuete y la cubrí con una nueva capa de chocolate. Para darle el toque final, coloqué un poco de sal maldon.
To make this peanut chocolates I just melt the chocolate and put it on silicon cupcake liners. Then I put a peanut butter layer and I cover it with chocolate again. To give a final touch I put some maldon salt, when the chocolate was almost hard.
