LICHTFAKTOR, el light graffiti como arte urbano.

Desde siempre, los escritores de graffiti han estado buscando una forma de hacer sus "tags" de maneras cada vez más creativas, y a la vez, no ser atrapados por las autoridades mientras realizan sus obras. La aparición de las cámaras réflex digitales les proporcionó una nueva y legal forma de arte urbano, pues no utilizan pintura.

Always, the graffiti writers have been looking for new ways to "tag", and new ways to avoid being caught. With the digital cameras, they have a new legal way to make urban art, 'cos the paint is not necessary.

Armados con sus cámaras, los artistas del light graffiti utilizan leds, sticks de luz, lasers o cualquier cosa que pueda emitir el brillo o color que necesitan para su obra. Con un trípode para dar mayor estabilidad, una apertura manual y una exposición de entre 10 y 30 segundos, se fotografían dibujando formas en el aire, que sólo podrán ver una vez hecha la foto.

Lichtfaktor es un colectivo alemán de artistas del Light Graffiti, formado por VJ $ehvermögen (fotógrafo), Visionlabz(programador) y  Jiar (diseñador gráfico y artista urbano), que utilizan el entorno urbano como parte de sus obras, para crear tanto increíbles fotografías como impresionantes animaciones en video.
