MICROSOFT recibe quejas en Ibarra, España

SI LA EMPRESA O PARTICULAR ALUDIDOS EN ESTA ENTRADA TIENE ALGO QUE DECIR, QUE LO HAGA EN LOS COMENTARIOS DE LA MISMA O EN EL CORREO DEL BLOG (denuncias.quejas.estafas@gmail.com), PARA ACLARAR LA SITUACIÓN.

¡¡¡ MICROSOFT ME HA ESTAFADO !!!
Compre una Surface Pro 4, procesador i5, 256GB de disco duro y 8GB de RAM a Microsoft y al mes falló el sistema táctil (Ghost-Touches), Microsoft me dice se la envíe y que ellos pagan el coste del transporte; a los días me la devuelven ROTA, diciéndome que no entra en garantía y se niegan a darme pruebas de cómo les llegó el paquete a ellos. Así es como Microsoft ESTAFA a los clientes.EL NUMERO DE EXPEDIENTE DE LA QUEJA PRESENTADA A MICROSOFT ES EL: 1353158369

I bought a Surface Pro 4, processor i5, 256GB hard drive and 8GB of RAM from Microsoft and the system started malfuctioning (ghost-touches) less than a month after the purchase. Microsoft told me to send it to them and even offered to pay the shipping costs, but a few days later they sent it back to me broken, saying it is not covered by the warranty, and they would not offer evidence of how they received the package.
