En el barrio de Puerto Madero, en la esquina de Avenida de los Italianos y Machaca Guemes, se puede encontrar este singular monumento. Leí que es el único monumento que se ha erigido para celebrar al taxista en todo el mundo. Es una obra del artista Fernando Pugliese. El modelo del taxi es un Siam Di Tella, que evoca a los clásicos taxis que circulaban por nuestra ciudad.

Located in the neighbourhood of Puerto Madero, in the corner of Avenida de los Italianos and Machaca Guemes. I read it was the only sculpture in the world to pay homage to taxi drivers. The sculpture was built by artist Fernando Pugliese. The car depicted is a Siam Di Tella, as this was a classic car model often used as a taxi in our city.
