My first purchase at zara online store

 


 

Como sabéis la tienda on-line de Zara lleva poco tiempo abierta, ¡ya era hora! Si, Zara es uno de los mayores distribuidores de moda del mundo, con 1.516 tiendas ubicadas en 77 países, lo que se transforma en que el que quiere ir a Zara, puede ir a Zara sin ningún problema. Pero... en cada tienda encontramos productos distintos y a veces no hay manera de localizar nuestra talla, o un modelo concreto, y es aquí donde la tienda on-line hace su papel principal. / As you know Zara's on-line store has recently opened, it was about time! Yes, Zara is one of the largest fashion retailers in the world, with 1.516 stores in 77 countries which means that if you want to go to Zara, you can go with any problem. But... in each store we find different products, and sometimes there is no way to find our size, a particular model, and there is when the on-line store make its role.
Os cuento brevemente mi historia: me enamoré del top de las fotos, además el color era el apropiado pero en las tiendas sólo lo veía en verde, y en azul, así que hice mi pedido on-line. El sistema de la tienda on-line de Zara es muy similar al de otras tiendas vía web, pero tiene algunas ventajas: / I tell you my story shortly: I fell in love with the top of the images plus the color was the right one but I only saw it at the stores in green or blue, so I placed my order on line. The system of the Zara on-lien store very similar to other stores, but got a few advantages:
Ventajas: /  Advantages:
1- El coste del envío (al menos en España) es bastante bajo, y siempre puedes ir a buscarlo a una tienda Zara, sin ningún coste. Si lo recoges en la tienda, no tienes que esperar colas en caja, cualquier dependienta te atenderá. / The shipping cost (at least in Spain) its really low and you can always go to pick it up at Zara with no shipping cost. If you pick it up at the store you won't have to wait in line at the cash register, any clerk will attend you.
2- Te mantienen al tanto, con mails y mensajes sms de cuando sale el pedido de los almacenes y cuando llega. / They keep you informed, with e-mails and text message when your order leaves the warehouse and when it arrives. 
3- El tiempo de envío previsto, es el adecuado. /  The expected shipping time its appropriate.
4- El packaging es bueno, siempre me fijo en él. El único que lo supera es el de My Wardrobe. / The packaging its good, I always look at it. The only one that its better is My Wardrobe's.
Así que os animaros porque la web funciona fenomenal, y sino encontráis lo que buscáis en las tiendas, ¡es comodísimo! / So don't dude it because the web side works pretty good, and if you don't find what you are looking for at the stores its lampshade!
