El estudio de arquitectura A-cero, dirigido por Joaquín Torres, presenta nuevas imágenes de obra de la propuesta para el gran complejo urbanístico “Los Ángeles de San Rafael”, cuya extensión de casi 21 millones de metros cuadrados se localiza en la sierra de Guadarrama  a tan sólo 35 minutos del centro de Madrid.

ADOSADOS

El proyecto incluye más de 3.000 viviendas en una  superficie de 265’50 hectáreas que conformarían “El Carrascal”, el nuevo área residencial diseñado por A-cero en esta mastodóntica urbanización dotada de todo tipo de servicios.

Restaurantes, hoteles, consultorio médico, spa o instalaciones deportivas para todos los gustos (hípica, tenis, pádel, golf…) están previstas en el proyecto. Asimismo, la zona cuenta con excelentes comunicaciones, ya que dispone de estación de tren y parada de autobus con destino a Madrid y Segovia, y las salidas a la Autopista AP-61 km 68 y Nacional 601 se hallan muy próximas.

En la parcela, de grandes dimensiones, no faltan amplias zonas verdes y ajardinadas, creando un entorno idóneo para el disfrute, el relax y el ocio, debido a un cuidado trabajo de paisajismo.

Para este trabajo, A-cero ha presentado varios modelos de vivienda piloto, cuyos diseños de líneas rectas pero dinámicas destacan  a la vez que se integran armoniosamente en el entorno natural en el que se ubican con sus fachadas de color tierra.

Concebidas en dos niveles, planta baja y planta alta, la vivienda tipo tiene una superficie total de 134’25 m2. En planta baja se disponen las estancias más públicas, como cocina, salón-comedor, lavadero o trastero. Este nivel ocupa un total de 82’10 m2. Hay que añadir también el garaje, de 30’79 m2.

La planta superior reúne en 52’15 m2, el dormitorio principal, con cuarto de baño, dos dormitorios secundarios y otro cuarto de baño, es decir las zonas más privadas de la vivienda.
