Nuevo ditiscido descubierto en el medio subterráneo

Grandes noticias nos llegan desde SUBTERRANEAN BIOLOGY y desde un amigo y taxónomo español, Ignacio Ribera, que junto a Michael Balke acaban de publicar un nuevo artículo titulado "A subterranean species of Exocelina diving beetle from the Malay Peninsula filling a 4,000 km distribution gap between Melanesia and southern China".

Este nuevo descubrimiento y esta nueva publicación, hacen conocer la gran cantidad de coleópteros ditiscidos que habitan en el medio subterráneo a nivel mundial. Podéis leer y descargar este trabajo en el siguiente enlace a la revista:
