Después calentar la salsa y mezclar. El resultado, platazo de pasta sin gluten deliciosa. Nos ha encantado su sabor y su textura. Probarla ya. 😉
INGREDIENTES:
– 250 g de penne rigate sin gluten (Barilla)
– agua
– sal
– aceite de oliva
– salsa de tomate Basilico sin gluten (Barilla)
ELABORACIÓN:
Cocemos la pasta en abundante agua hirviendo con sal y un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Una vez en su punto, tras 9 minutos, escurrimos bien y reservamos.
En una sartén ponemos parte de la salsa, dejamos que se caliente a fuego lento para que no se nos queme.
Emplatamos la pasta caliente recién hecha y añadimos la salsa por encima.
