Sale shopping time

Las rebajas de verano, tanto en el continente Europeo, como en el Americano, empiezan entre el 20 de Junio y el 1 de Julio, y terminan en el mes de Agosto. Por eso es una época estupenda para aprovechar y comprar eso que te falta en el armario, o que llevas tiempo deseando incorporar. / The summer sales is both in Europa and America start around June 20th or July 1st and finish in august. Therefore is a great season to buy what is missing in you closet or you are willing to have for a while. 

 Que hacer? / What to do? 
- Pimero de todo, echa un vistazo a tu armario, y mira lo que tienes. / First of all, take a look to your closet and see what you got.
En una sociedad de consumo, como es en la que vivimos, es normal que nos pasemos comprando. Ademas, tendemos a comprar siempre el mismo tipo de ropa, si somos adictas a los vestidos nuestro armario estará repleto de ellos, y es posible que las faldas escaseen, o no tengamos ninguna camisa blanca. / In a consumer society such as we live in, is normal we spend too much when we go shopping. Plus we use to buy always the same type of clothing, if we are addicted to dresses our closet will be full of them, and is pretty normal that we run out of skirts, or we don't have a white shirt.


Por eso, antes de ir de rebajas es mejor que hagas un repaso a tu armario y veas lo que tienes (y no te hace falta) y lo que no tienes (y te haría falta). Seria un error comprar 5 vestidos mas, y darte cuenta después que no tienes ninguna falda larga (por ejemplo). / So before going shopping is better to take a look to your closet, and see when you have (and you don't need) and what you don't have (and you won't need). It would be a mistake buy 5 more dresses, and notice you got any maxi skirt (just as example).

- Ojo con los caprichos. / Careful with the impulsive behaviors.
Todas tenemos algo dentro de nosotras que nos hace adictas a las compras, somos amantes de la moda y no podemos negarlo. La sociedad en la que vivimos, ha echo de nosotros compradores compulsivos, donde el capricho esta por encima de la necesidad, y si es importante darte un capricho de vez en cuando pero con cuidado porque a veces nos pasamos. / We all got inside a shopaholic, we are adicted to fashion, and we can't deny it. The society we live in, have make us this way, where the fab is above the need and if is important to treat yourself occasionally but carefully because sometimes we go too far. 

- Establece un presupuesto antes de ir de compras. / Set a budget before starting shopping.
No queremos quemar la Visa, ni tener que lamentarnos después, verdad? Por eso, es mejor que establezcas un presupuesto, y apuntes todas las compras que haces. Lo mejor para no pasarse, es llevar el dinero en efectivo, con ello eres mas consciente de lo que gastas. / We don't want to burn the Visa, neither to regret later, right? For that is better to set a budget and to note all the shopping you do. The best is to pay with cash, they way you are more aware of what you spent.

- No te olvides de las segundas rebajas. / Don't forget about 2nd sales. 
El periodo conocido como "segundas rebajas" comienza dos semanas después que las rebajas. Si en las primeras rebajas los establecimientos están al 30% o 40%, en las segundas rebajas lo hacen al 50% o el 70%, dependiendo de la tienda. / The period known as "second sales" start two weeks after the begging of the sale period. If at the first sales the stores are at the 30% or 40% off, at the second sales they do it at the 50% or 70% off, is up to each shop.
La mejor opción es comprar lo que mas te interesa en las primeras rebajas, para evitar que te lo quiten, y dejar el resto para las segundas, donde podrás adquirir verdaderos chollos. / The best optionis to buy what you most want at the begging so you will be positive you got it, and left the rest for the second sales, because you might get great deals.

- Apuesta por las boutiques y las tiendas buenas. / Go to boutiques and good fashion stores.
Zara, Mango, Topshop, River Island, H&M, etc son tiendas donde puedes comprar el resto del año. No hagas tonterías e invierte en aquellas firmas o diseñadores con ropa de mejor cualidad que no puedes visitas cuando no hay rebajas porque barajan cantidades elevadas. / Zara, Mango, Topshop, River Island, H&M, etc are stores you can shop the entire year. Don't be silly and go for better brands or even designers, the quality of the clothes is much better, and you can shop there regularly because the prices are too much.

- Ve con ropa cómoda y calzado cómodo. 
Aunque parezca obvio que cuando vas de compras debes hacerlo lo mas cómoda posible, no todo el mundo piensa en ello. Y si vas a pasar la mañana, la tarde o todo el día por ahí, tu cuerpo, tus pies y tus piernas agradecerán que evites ciertos modelitos. / Although it seems obvious that when you go shopping you should do it in a comfortable way, not everyone think about it. And if you are going to spend the morning, the afternoon or the whole day out, your body, your feet and your legs will be grateful if you avoid some outfits.

- No te olvides de las tiendas online. / Don't forget online stores.
Las tiendas online, en muchas ocasiones tienen mejores ofertas que las tiendas de la calle, ya que cuentan con mas margen al no tener que pagar el establecimiento y demás. Ademas, es muchísimo mas cómodo comprar, aunque también mas peligroso porque al no tener la compra en la mano (sino de manera virtual) no eres consciente de ella. / Online stores often have better deals than street stores, as they have more room by not paying the establishment and all. Furthermore, it is much more convenient to buy but also more dangerous because by not having the sale on your hand (just virtually) you are not aware of it.

- Una camisa. / A blouse. 
Es una prenda de fondo de armario por la que no nos volvemos locas pero que, sin embargo, es un must have. La época en la que era famosa por vestir a pijos de las altas esferas ya paso, ahora esta muy de moda porque es una prenda muy chic que tiene la facultad de creer un estilismo de lo mas elegante. / Is a must have piece we don't fall in love with but is a basic. The time where it was popular for been wear by posh is over, now is so in because is a chic clothing that has the faculty to change a look.




- Unos shorts. / A pair of shorts. 
Parece una tontería pero es una prenda ideal para el verano y ahora esta muy de moda. Al menos, seria conveniente que tuvieras dos piezas en tu armario, uno de tela para poder combinar de manera mas arreglada, y otro vaquero para los días mas casuales o las vacaciones que ya se acercan. / It seems silly but is a great piece for summer and now is so in. At least it would be convenientfor you to have two pieces in your closet, one of fabric to mix in a more dressy way, and other in denim for vacations of casual days.



- Un mono. / A Jumpsuit. 
Es la nueva alternativa al vestido.  Queda ideal y es de lo mas cómodo, no te arrepentirás porque es una apuesta segura. / Is the new alternative of the dress. It looks great and is so confortable, you won't regret it is a sure investment.



- Apusta por los accesorios. / Accesories are a great investment.
Parece una tontería, e incluso innecesarios, pero un accesorio puede cambiar un look completo. / It seems no important but they are so need, and accesory can change a look complately.

- Si tienes un evento próximo, y te falta el vestido apropiado, es ahora o nunca. / If you got an arriving event and haven't got the dress is now the time.
Esta cerca esa boda que tanto te preocupa? No encuentras el vestido que buscas? en rebajas tienes grandes oportunidades, sobre todo en establecimientos que no frecuentas a diario y que igual descartas pero que sin embargo, son los mas adecuados para encontrar esa pieza que necesitas. / Is the wedding you are worry about close? You don't find the dress you are looking for? in sale time you have great opportunities, specially in boutiques you don't go usually and probably you avoid, however they are the best to find that piece you need.

- No te olvides de la ropa interior. / Don't forget underwear and pajamas.
Es el mejor momento para hacer limpieza y compra aquello que te hace falta. / Is the best time to clean and buy what you need on this field.
