Trend: biker chic

Esta tendencia de algún modo remplaza al estilo militar que se llevaba el primer semestre de 2010. Las marcas que apuestan por ella, son Balmain y Burberry. Y el nombre clave de la tendencias: biker chic. / This trend, in some way replace to the military one that was so in during the first semester of 2010. The brands that bet for it are Balmain and Burberry. And the clue name of the trend: biker chic.

Como curiosidad contaros que Christopher Bailey bautizó a la colección de Burberry Primavera-Verano 2011 con el nombre de “Patrimonio del Motorista”, porque esta inspirada en las motos y todo lo que las rodea. Eso si, con un toque lady, y ese gusto exquisito con el que se caracteriza el diseñador británico. / As curiosity I got to tell you that Christopher Bailey named the Burberry SS 2011 collection as “Heritage Biker” because he had been inspired by the motorcycles and everything that surrounds them. But with a lady touch and the exquisite taste of the British designer.



Esta tendencia se caracteriza por ser desenfadada, casual, pensada para una mujer fuerte, que se atreve con todo, independiente, segura de si misma, activa, y que busca la emoción en todo lo que hace. / This trend is characterize for been free-and-easy, casual, design for a strong women, who dares to do anything, independent, self-confident, active and that looks for emotion in all she does.


La pieza clave de esta tendencia es la chaqueta de motorista, de la que os hablé a principios de enero. Pero no se trata de una "chaqueta Brando" (nombre con el que se la conoce) normal y corriente, no, es mucho más que eso. Y no es una chaqueta negra de cuero, ¡no! Tal como se ve en la colección de Burberry, existe una gran variedad de colores para elegir, incluso hay modelos que combinan dos tonos de cuero, y otros, como la de Chloé, que combina dos materiales distintos. / The key statement piece of this trend is the motorcycle jacket, which I wrote a post in early January. But its not a regular "Brando jacket" (so called), no, its much more than that. And it's not a black leather jacket, no! In fact, you can take as reference the Burberry collection, there are a wide variety of colors to chose, plus there are models that mix two-tone leather and others, such as Chloé's, which combines two different materials.

Los elementos claves, que toda amante de la moda debe saber para llevar la tendencia biker chic, son los detalles.
