In 1979 the building was transferred to the Department of Culture and finally in 1990 it was given its current name: Centro Cultural Recoleta. It is open to the general public from Tuesdays to Fridays between the hours of 13:30 to 20:30, and on Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays between the hours of 11:30 to 20:30.
