Crop tops: a trend that has not success this seasson

 
Los cool hunter y en función de estos los diseñadores, sacan cada temporada una serie de tendencias al mercado. Cada año surgen un mayor número de tendencias pero algunas de ellas nunca llegan a triunfar. Esto es lo que le ha sucedido a los tops que enseñan el estómago; más conocidos como crop tops. / Cool hunters and focus on them the fashion designers, got each season a bunch of trends to the market. Each year the number of trends are bigger but a few of them never success. That is what has happened to well known crop tops.

Y es curioso porque las editoriales de moda si que han apostado por ellos, desde hace ya algún tiempo. / And it's bizarre because Fashion Editorials has bet for them from a while ago.






¿Por qué no ha tenido éxito? / Why it didn't success?

En esto momento es cuando más en cuenta se tiene al cuerpo porque vivimos en una época donde es aspecto físico es fundamental, y se potencia la importancia de la delgadez y de tener un cuerpo en forma. Por ello, sólo una minoría de la población es lo suficientemente atrevida para exponer su cuerpo al público. / At this time the sociality takes so much attention to the body because we live in a time where appearance is essential, and enhance the importance of been skinny and have a body in shape. Therefore, only a minority of people it's daring enough to expose the body or skin to the public.



Y siendo así ¿por qué las firmas de moda han apostado por esta tendencia? / And so been this way, why the fashion brands had bet for this trend?

La moda de los "Crop Tops" pretende encontrar formas elegantes de mostrar un abdomen tonificado. Pero claro, partimos de la concepción de que este tipo de camisetas son los que se usan como ropa deportiva, y sin embargo, la idea de los diseñadores es que se convirtiera en una pieza refinada, sofisticada y chic. Así que hacer que esta concepción cambie no es ninguna tarea fácil. / Crop Tops fashion pretend to find elegant ways to show a toned midriff. However, we go from the conception of a crop to as a fitness outfit and the designers tend to change it to a fine, sophisticates and chic garment. So make this idea change it's not a easy task.


1. Enseñar muy poco. / Show just a bit.

Así que algunas marcas han apostado por pequeñas muestras de la carne como Chloe, Versace o Yves Saint Laurent. Con vestidos que tenían pequeñas aberturas en la parte del estómago, o simplemente con dos piezas pero con una separación muy pequeña. / Some brands just bet for showing a little the skin such Chloe, Versace or Yves Saint Laurent. With dresses that has a little opening on the stomach or with two pieces but with a small cut.

2. Debajo que se vea sólo un poco. / Beneath sheer or a jacket showing just a little.

Disimuladamente. Es la concepción más chic y creativa de todas porque llevas un crop top pero en el fondo no sientes que es así. / Covertly. It's the most chic and creative way because you will wear a crop top without feeling you are wearing it.



3. Como antes: un nudo y punto. / As the old times: a knot and that's it.

Es la más sencilla de todas, con una camiseta o camisa, te haces un nudo y listo. Lo mejor es que sino estas cómoda lo quitas y punto. Aunque hay marcas que han sacado ya la camisa corta lista para anudar, en Stradivarius las vi el otro día. / It's the easiest one. with a t-shirt or shirt make a knot and you are ready. The best is that if you are not comfortable you undo it and done. However, there are many brands that has got out the shirt shorter ready to knot, I saw it last week at Stradivarius just one.




4. Top, top.

Son los más sexy pero hay que tener mucha confianza para llevarlos. Me hace gracia porque me recuerdan a los que llevaba con 13 y 14 años, me acuerdo que el primero que tuve me lo compre en las Galerías Lafayette y era de Benetton en azul marino y con volantes, ¡era tan chic...! / They are the hottest but you have to be very confident to wear them. It's funny, they remind me to the onces I used to wear when I was 13 and 14  years old, the first I bought it at Lafayette and was from Benetton in navy blue with flayers, it was so chic...!




¿Y entonces? ¿quíen lleva esta tendencia? / So then? who does wear this trend?

 La tendencia la hemos visto en las calles de la mano de dos sectores de la población: las bloggers, modelos y street style people, por otro lado las celebrities. / We have seen this trend on the street by two sectors of the population: bloggers, models and street style people, and on the other hand, celebrities.
