Fiel a la cita con el reto #BundtBakers, este mes os traigo un delicioso lemon poppy seed bundt cake.
En este reto cada mes, un grupo de enamorados de los bundt cakes se reune y hornea un bundt cake en base a unos ingredientes, o tema. Para esta ocasión el ingrediente a utilizar en nuestro bundt cake era el limón. Y en cuanto lo leí supe cuál iba a hacer.
Hacía mucho tiempo que veía los cakes y muffins con limón y semillas de amapola corriendo por la red. Y aunque sabía que la combinación era fantástica, nunca me había puesto a hacerlo. Por ello esta fue la ocasión perfecta.

I'm back again with #BundtBakers challenge. Every month a group of bundt cake lovers will get together and bake a bundt cake using ingredients, or theme, proposed by the hostess.
This month the challenge is to bake a bundt cake that needs to include the basic ingredients for a traditional English Rocky Road which are marshmallows, chocolate, biscuits (cookies in US English), dried fruits, and nuts.

- 240 gr harina
- 15 gr impulsor químico (Royal)
- 120 gr azúcar
- 110 gr aceite de girasol
- 125 ml leche
- 3 huevos
- Ralladura de 1 limón
- 1 cucharada de semillas de amapola
- Precalentamos el horno a 180º C
- Engrasamos un molde para bundt y espolvoreamos con harina. Mientras preparamos la mezcla metemos el molde en el congelador.
- Tamizamos la harina con el impulsor químico. Lo ponemos en un bol y añadimos el azúcar, el aceite, la leche y los huevos batidos. Batimos bien con unas varillas.
- Añadimos la ralladura de limón y las semillas de amapola y removemos bien.
- Ponemos la mezcla en el molde y horneamos durante unos 45 minutos (comprobamos con una brocheta que el bundt está cocido por dentro).
- Desmoldamos y dejamos enfriar completamente encima de una rejilla.
- 240 gr flour
- 15 gr baking powder
- 120 gr sugar
- 110 sunflower oil
- 125 gr milk
- 3 eggs
- Shredded zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

- Preheat the oven to 350º F
- Coat a 6 cup bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Sift flour with baking powder. In a bowl mix flour, sugar, oil, milk and eggs lightly beaten. Then add the lemon zest and poppy seeds and mix well.
- Put the butter in the bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Check that your bundt is totally baked and leave it into the bundt pan for 10 minutes.
- Then invert onto a wire rack and leave to cool completely.
