Metal 2016: 25 albums

Metallica, Anthrax, Testament, Neurosis, Opeth, Katatonia, Dark Tranquillity, Darkthrone, Moonsorrow... Grandes nombres figuran entre las bandas que han sacado disco este año, y aunque todos ellos son buenos discos, lo cierto es que ninguno figura en mi lista de favoritos del año. Esto es sólo una muestra de esos discos, si te interesa ver una lista más completa, con discos igual de buenos que los presentes, puedes hacerlo aquí. Un año especialmente bueno, a mi parecer, para géneros como el death doom (las bandas finlandesas de llevan la palma), thrash, sludge y post-black/atmospheric/ambient black, . Un último apunte: los discos de Darkher y Fvnerals, como discos de drone doom  metal, deberían salir perfectamente en esta lista metálica, pero prefiero reservármelos para la lista general. Ambos son de lo mejor del año y no son extremos, como todos los que figuran aquí.
