Summer Trends SS13

You know I never follow trends. Im the type of woman that always do totally the oposite to  what others expect, my mom says Im the spirit of contradiction and I will have to agree with her. Anyways this is a small review on what´s going on out there. 

Summer has finally arrived, and so have the new, inspiring trends that were seen on a variety of every runway during the winter season. Girlish, playful prints and frilly garments that were trending last summer and spring will continue on through this summer. Outrageous, brilliant colors of neons, turquoise, and orange will brighten up your wardrobe, while cool graphics and funky patterns will make you stand out in any crowd. In addition to these unique shades and patterns, expect to see fashionistas sporting lengthy shorts in an array of styles, hues, and fabrics. Expect to see fashionistas from Paris to New York sporting these fashions in pieces such as casual, yet sophisticated frocks and sassy shorts in different fabrics. In addition to these fun clothing trends, the swimwear of summer 2013 is all about pieces that are both flattering and unique, and have a vintage touch. From one-pieces to high-waisted, two-piece bikinis that complement almost any body type, this summer’s swimming attire is full of old-school style, charm, and sex appeal.

Summer 2013 Trends: Sweet and Sassy

Although the sweet, ultra-feminine florals from last spring and summer are back again for another season, designers have included spunky, eccentric colors and patterns in this dainty designs, which are available in an assortment of fabrics ranging from soft and slinky fabrics to rugged denim. Along with these intriguing patterns, prints, and vibrant colors, garments with a Middle Eastern touch will also be popular items. From one-pieces that highlight your best features to high-waisted bikinis that mask your tummy without taking away from other attributes of your body that you wish to highlight, summer 2013’s bathing suits are full of attitude, sex appeal, and vintage embellishments. Like many of the other retro swimming garments, suits bearing cute ruffles are back in style and will be a hit on coastal beaches, pools, and island resorts, and not just on little girls. Not only have designers have crafted these sweet pieces in adult sizes, they have also integrated some provocative details to create sexy, sizzling versions of this girly style.In addition, swimming skirts and beach dresses have also been infused with dainty details. Incorporate floppy beach hats and large, over-sized sunglasses with a darling, frilly two-piece, vintage one-piece suit, or bikini with a ruffled top, bottoms, and shoulder straps, and you’re sure to look fashionable whether you’re lounging poolside or romping in the sun on the beach.
