Tutorial: muñeca / Tutorial: fox doll

Hace tiempo que hice esta muñeca. Al principio no me gustó mucho el resultado, pero gracias a su dulce carita le he ído cogiendo cariño.Some time ago I made this doll. At that time I didn’t like it very much, but now, i think it’s so lovely.Para confeccionarla necesitamos tela, floca, fieltro e hilo de coser y de bordar.We need fabrics, polyester filling, felt and thread.1- Primero imprimimos los patrones, que podéis descargar aquí. Y los pasamos a las telas. No vayáis con tantas prisas como yo y planchad las telas antes.1- Print the patterns that you can download from here and draw on the fabrics. Don’t rush, like me, and iron the fabrics first.2- A continuación hacemos la cara de la muñeca, bordando los rasgos y haciéndole el morro con fieltro.2- Then, embroider the face and make a felt nose.3- Encarando el derecho de las telas, cosemos los brazos, las patas y la cola, dejando un hueco para darle la vuelta y rellenar con floca. En los brazos y la cola cerramos el hueco a punto escondido y en las patas dejamos el hueco en la parte superior que después cosemos directamente al cuerpo, así que no las cerramos. En el patrón tenéis dos modelos de patas, podéis elegir el que más os guste.3- Matching both front parts of the fabrics, sew the arms, the legs and the tail, leaving a hole to turn the inside out and refillwith polyester filling. Close the arms and the tail using hidden stitch but leave the hole in the upper part of the legs to sew later to the body. You can choose between two leg patterns.4. Después cosemos la cabeza al cuerpo, tanto la parte delantera como la trasera. Colocamos las patas en su sitio, por dentro para que queden fuera al darle la vuelta y, tras hacer pequeños cortes en los márgenes, sobre todo en las zonas curvadas, cosemos todo encarando el derecho de las telas y dejando un hueco para darle la vuelta y rellenar con la floca.4- Now sew the head to the body, both the front and the back pieces. Put the legs in the body and after making some cuts at the curved edges, sew matching both front parts of the fabrics and leave a hole to turn the inside out and refill with polyester filling.5- Sólo nos queda cerrar el cuerpo a punto escondido, coser los brazos y la cola y poner a la muñeca los adornos que queramos.5- Finally, close the body using hidden switch, sew the arms and the tail and decorate the doll.
