Un encargo de regalo para un bebé ha tenido como resultado esta nube: es pequeña, suavecita, no pesa y se puede coger por muchos lados, así que espero que al bebé le guste.
An order of a gift for a baby has taken this cloud as a result: it’s small, softie, it weighs practically nothing and it can be hold by many sides, so I hope the baby likes it.
Necesitamos tela suave (yo he usado franela), floca para rellenar, biés infantil y fieltro rosa.
We need soft fabric (I have used flannel), poly filling, children bias binding and pink felt.
1- Dibujamos la nube en la tela dos veces, una por cada lado. Podéis descargar mi plantilla aquí.
1- Draw the cloud on the fabric twice, one on each side. You may download my template here.
2- Por otro lado, cortamos el bies en tiras del largo que nos guste, mejor diferentes, y las cosemos doblándolas por la mitad.
2- On the other hand, cut the bias in strips the length you like, better if they are different, and sew them folding by half.
3- En uno de los lados de la nube bordamos la cara, utilizando el fieltro rosa para hacer las mejillas.
3- Embroider the face in one side of the cloud, using the pink felt to make the cheeks.
4- Ponemos los lados de las nubes encarados, colocando las tiras en medio, como en las fotos.
4- Put both sides of the clouds faced, placing the strips as in the photos.
5- Cosemos el borde, dejando dentro las tiras y un hueco para darle la vuelta y rellenar con floca, que para terminar cosemos a punto escondido.
5- Sew the edge, with the strips inside and leave an unstitched part to turn the inside out and to fill with poly filling. Close using hidden stitich.
