Hoy hablaremos del desayuno…………………………….. Que soléis desayunar vosotros? Sois de los de American Breakfast, o de Continental Breakfast, incluyendo aquí el famoso Full Breakfast ingles

Today I speak about breakfast……………………. ¿ What do you prefier American breakfast or Continental Breakfast? You’re American breakfast or Continental breakfast ( incluided in a Continental breakfast the tipical famous Full breakfast English ).

Una cosa tienen en común todos estos desayunos y suele ser……………………………………….., la hora en que nos los tomamos, que es………………….., después de levantarnos, bueno si nos levantamos muy tarde podemos unir el Breakfast y el Lunch y hacernos el hoy tan famoso Brunch…………………………….., pero de esto hablaremos otro día

It has usual in all breakfast and is………………….. the time that we ate this brakfast…………….. and is after we wake up, well if you wake up more later, you can combine a breakfast with lunch and do it the famouse Brunch………………… but this, we talk a other day.

Yo personalmente suelo desayunar lo que llamo, Desayuno Mediterráneo y que consiste en dos tostadas de pan con un buen chorro de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra, español, con una pizca de sal, un zumo natural de naranja valenciana, y un buen café con leche.

I’m usually breakfast a Mediterranean Breakfast, it has two toast with a great splash Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with salt, a natural orange juice of Valencia, and a great coffe late.

Además es muy fácil de hacer…………………………….., tostamos el pan y le ponemos un buen Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra con un poco de sal

Un buen tazón de café con leche, pero café, café, café expreso………………………

El zumito de naranjas valencianas, recién exprimidas, y a la mesa………………..

Bien, hablemos de los otros……………………………………, por lo que he visto la diferencia más grande entre el Continental y el Americano suele ser que el primero lleva más repostería, es más dulce, suele llevar croissants, madalenas, plumcakes, tostadas con mermelada…………..…………….. y el americano es mas salado, suele llevar huevos revueltos con bacón y salchichas, como mas salado,vamos………………………….., aunque según zonas , suelen añadir también algo dulce como son esos pancake con sirope de arce.

Nosotros hoy prepararemos lo que vamos a llamar un, Fussion-Breakfast, mezclraremos el salado (huevos revueltos y longaniza) con algo dulce ( tostadas francesas ) y para ello necesitaremos un huevo al que le añadiremos un poco de leche, un chorrito de vainilla y un poco de canela

The firs usually have more pastrymaking, is more sweet, it have croissant, muffins, plumcakes, toasts with marmalade………………….. and the American breakfast is more salted, it have scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages, like more salted…………………………… may be in other zones you can put something sweet like pancake with maple syrup.

We cook a Fussion-Brakfast, we mixed a sweet ( scrambled eggs with bacon and sausages ) with something salted ( french toast ) and for this we need a egg and we put at egg milk, a splash vanilla and cinnamon.

Batimos bien y empapamos dos rebanadas de pan de molde, que luego pondremos en una sartén con un poco de mantequilla

We whisk and we bradcrums that this after we put all in a skillet with butter.

Una vez hechas las tostadas francesas, las metemos al horno al grill, unos 7 minutos para hacerlas más crujientes

En otra sartén ponemos dos longanizas para que vayan haciéndose.

When we have done a french toast, we put in a grill oven, a 7 minutes for to crusty.

And in a other skillet we put a sausages for to do it.

Y ahora batimos dos huevos con un chorrito de crema de leche y sal para hacer un revuelto.

And now, we beat two eggs with a splash cream and salt for the scrambled eggs.

Y ya solo nos queda emplatar , el huevo revuelto con un poco de pimienta, las salchichas y las tostadas francesas……………………………. Ah! Y un zumo natural de naranjas valencianas

Ad let’s go, only you have to dish, a scrambled eggs, a sausages and french toast with a pepper………………..Ah! And the orange juice of Valencia.
